Aire Gastrobar is located in the foothills of Mount Gibralfaro which dominates Malaga city, more specifically in a house built at the beginning of the XX century and renovated respecting the traditional architecture to accommodate all those who want to enjoy a gastronomic proposal with Andalusian products as stars.

It is a creative cuisine made with Mediterranean vocation, with the best raw material and taking as a basis the traditional recipes. This is reflected, for example, in its abundant starters, where we could highlight its steamed homemade duck’s foie, its crisp shrimp rolls or its squids’ croquettes with alioli toasted garlic sauce.

In addition, this gastro bar offers several dishes with bread as protagonist. In this regard you must not miss the opportunity to taste its “campero Aire style, which consists of roasted vegetables with alioli almond sauce, toasted garlic and oxtail. About pasta, Aire has for you a few succulent sorrentinos stuffed of big prawns from Malaga.

This restaurant offers you a lot of varied and delicious plates from the land and from the sea. Its steak tartare of Angus fillet made in the particular “Aire style” is a good example of how quality, originality and taste can be fused in a single dish. You should also try its exclusive flamenquín, its red tuna tataki or its scallops with salsa romescu and escarole which will bring you all the freshness of the Mediterranean Sea.

    Traditional cuisine’s lovers
also have their place in Aire, since the restaurant’s menu offers plates such as a succulent board of Malaga cheese or some delicious anchovies from the Cantabrian Sea. In the same way, sweet’s lovers should leave room for dessert: both its chocolate brownie and its lemon cake with meringue are too tempting to let them escape.

Within the facilities of the restaurant, you can choose where to taste these delicious delicacies: bar, terrace, ground floor or first floor. Each of them is a different universe, but in any of them you will feel completely welcomed. The traditional architecture of the building, combined with the current design of the restaurant, provides to Aire Gastrobar with a very pleasant atmosphere which, added to its great team, makes it the perfect setting to enjoy a great evening.

Aire Gastrobar has a varied offer to suit your tastes at every moment: the gastro bar, ideal for eating tapas and snacks; the dining rooms, for the most prepared plates; and the service lunch box, which allows you to take the dishes from Aire to any other corner in Costa de Sol.
